Q: Who do I contact if I have any questions?
A: If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us at clubcalgocki@googlegroups.com.
Q: What are the details of the wedding?
A: Saturday, May 24th 2025 in San Francisco. Check the Schedule tab for information.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: No, but the ceremony is at an active Catholic Church so if you have any questions on an outfit please feel free to reach out to us.
Q: What will the weather be like?
A: 65° F. It's usually a little windy, so long pants/long dress and some sort of light jacket is usually a good call.
Q: Can I bring my kids?
A: No, sorry. We are not inviting anyone under 18.
Q: How does rsvping work?
A: If two names are on the invitation, both names will have to be put in on the rsvp site. If you have an unnamed plus one, the guest party size on the site will be two. If you do not, it will just be your name on the invite and your guest party size on the site will be one.
Q: How can I rsvp?
A: https://calgockiwedding.anrsvp.com, or check the RSVP tab for information. Please rsvp by April 25th.
Q: Will there be hotel blocks available?
A: No, sorry. Check the Accommodations tab for information.
Q: Is there a registry?
A: No! Check the Gifts tab for information.
Q: What side should I sit on during the ceremony?
A: Traditionally Bride's family sits on the Left, Groom's on the Right but neither of us will be enforcing this so feel free to sit wherever you like.
Q: Can I opt not to go to the ceremony and go right to the reception?
A: Yes.
Q: Will you be serving Alcohol?
A: Yes, we are planning to provide an open bar.
Q: Is there a theme?
A: We are going with a sunset theme - our wedding colors will be light yellow, orange, pink, purple, and blue, with gold and white accents. Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in, unless you are a member of the bridal party we are not expecting you to dress to theme.
Q: Will I be anywhere near grass at any point during the day?
A: Nope! We highly recommend flats for dancing though.
Q: Will there be a wedding hashtag?
A: Nope!
Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony/reception?
A: Please do not during the ceremony, we will have a photographer. We will also have a professional taking photos for the traditional stuff at the reception so rest easy!
